Top three Petty Albums of all time. It has a mellower tone than Petty usually puts out there but all the songs are great. Lyric wise it could be the best of Petty's work. This is the second solo album for Petty and is a great follow up to the Full Moon Fever album. The standout song is probably 'You Don't Know How It Feels' (roll another joint) but they are all great. You can tell it's something made in the early 90's when rock was in a stage when it didn't know where it was going.
