Sidekick is a great value for small projects
The cutting pads are an absolute necessity and these are made for the Sidekick...you can also use them for the Sizzix. Good quality and will last a long time.

These work just like the original . . .
These work just like the original, but to use your thin dies with the sidekick you must get the colored cutting plates which are thicker. The sidekick was designed with the thought of selling exclusive die sets which are thick like the sizzix "decorative strips" dies(some of which need the extended length plates). I used my new replacements to cut those with no problems, but without shims of some kind there's no cutting the thin dies.

Great for those small objects to cut
Why use a big cutting pad when you have just a few small parts to cut. This is the perfect size to use in my Big Shot for those smaller dies and such. Quicker to run through. Stay straight much longer than my normal plates do too. LOVE it!

A great short cut!
A mini version of the cutting pads. If you have tiny dies and want to roll them through your machine quickly, these are perfect. They work in big shot with adapter platform and in the side kick (with thin lits)
