I've been using Logitech remotes for years. I had to upgrade from my Harmony One to this Pro. I love this remote. I needed to step into the 21 century with this remote! I love the matte finish coloring on the bottom of the remote. It's super chic and elegant. It's a must have and you will not regret it. Trust.

The programming is very flexible; takes a good day if you have 5 devices. I've got 90% working the way I want. My Minix Neo u1 was not able to move cursor to selected icons because of slow start up and not a consistent end spot for the cursor each time but using the remote cursor does the trick manually. Integrates well with Google Home mini as well. I can also control lights and thermostat with the remote

If it is an upgrade from another harmony product, the program will work from the old unit. Very easy to make changes. It has combined all my stereo, lights and thermostat into one device.

I really like this remote, HOWEVER it does have a couple of drawbacks. First, it does not have number keys - the numbers show up on the screen, which makes it a little tricky to enter numbers (e.g., channel numbers). Secondly, the touch screen is just pressure sensitive, so, if, for example, a pillow lands on it, it may do something quite unexpected. ;) But the general idea of an RF remote (with an IR blaster to reach IR only devices) is *far* superior to an IR remote - even a good universal one. It is a shame that Logitech is no longer making these.

Get to know how each your component interact with one another and this remote will choreograph the interaction. It's not a plug and play remote. Put the time in and you'll be rewarded with a one touch operating system.
