The product description table lists the adapter chipset as a Realtek RTL8192CU. This is not what is inside the adapter. If you require an adapter with the RTL8192CU chip set for use with the Channel Master DVR+ (or other devices with firmware drivers) you will be returning it. If the chip set is not an issue for you, then the adapter and it's driver may be fine, but I was unable to verify such operation.
