Players take the roles of prestigious street thugs, out to earn such luxuries as "high-priced honeys," "the finest bling," and "millionaire cribs," by eliminating all competition on the street -- preferably, in the most ruthless, gruesome, slo-mo replay-worthy manner possible. Single-player modes include "Death Race," "Cop Chase," and "Assassination." Multiplayer competition is available for PS2 gamers with a Network Adaptor and an Internet connection.

An underrated vehicular combat racing game that's similar to Saints Row, GTA, Mario Kart, Blur, and even Full Auto 1 and Full Auto 2: Battelines.
Well, 187 Ride or Die is a very underrated and pretty forgotten game like Full Auto 1 and Full Auto 2: Battlelines are, even though they're both fun and tricky games to beat. The voice acting in 187 Ride or Die is good and the graphics don't look too shabby either. Players will have to be careful when playing the game against the opponent AI because of RubberBanding that'll make the AI cheat and play dirty against you whenever that happens, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.

Nostalgia at its finest
I started playing this game for the first time since 2007 (14 years ago) and mann it’s just as I remember it as it was back then. Overall it’s a very good game with that Mario Kart gangster vibe feel to it.
