Hopefully this is the last Blade film. Don't get me wrong I actually liked all 3 films but the higher the number the worse they get. Three is a nice round number in films (or is it triangular). Quartets are so lame ^o^ , except Romero's zombie films - those can go as high as he wants. Anyway, this time around Blade has the Nightstalkers helping him after Whistler dies, again. Highjinxs ensue when Parker Posey and her gang of vampires bring Dracula back from a long dirt nap. LOVE Parker Posey, as always she is excellent and freaking funny. The rest of the cast does a good job. I like Ryan Reynolds - who doesn't? He takes his shirt off at the drop of a hat! - but his characters are always the gorgeous joke guy, it gets kinda annoying. The special effects are great and the script is smart and funny. Great way to end the series and a highly recommended set of films. I am sure there is a box set in the works!Read full review
Big fan of the Blade series. I had to add the third film to my DVD collection. Blade: Trinity was not as good as the first two movies. However, the movie does have some action scenes even though the villian in this movie was subpar at best when compared to who Blade had to fight in Blade and Blade II. Jessica Biel being in this movie is a bonus as she has some nice action scenes. If you are a fan of the series this a good to add to your Blade movies.
I liked the movie. It was good. I bought it because I already have the first and second Blade so I bought this one to complete me Blade collection. I like the action and supernatural type story lines which is why I like Blade. I wouldn't say it was excellent because only a very small percent of anything is excellent, so this is just very good.
Non-stop fight scenes (especially the finale, which seemed to last about 10-15 minutes, all-in), great plot line (if you care about that sort of thing), and a perfectly-matched soundtrack. If you liked the first 2 movies, you will love this one!
THIS MOVIE IS THE BEST OF THE THREE, A MUST SEE IF YOU LOVE BLADE. There's alot of actors you'll recognize in it I was surprised how many. Parker Posey and Ryan Reynolds are comedy relief which is actually funny. The showdown with Dracula is meaty. Enjoy
