I've had the pleasure of playing Part II The Warrior Within and enjoyed it. Naturally, when I heard they were coming out with a 3rd game, I was interested. The graphics looked cool and the game sounded intriguing. I pretty much like everything about the game. I haven't run into any glitches while playing the game (unlike in the 2nd one), but perhaps I've been lucky. Graphics are awesome ... Surprisingly, it was easy to beat (from reading all the reviews about it, I thought it would be rather difficult to do). I took that as my being accustomed to playing that type of game having experienced the 2nd one. However, being easy to beat doesn't take away from the fun. What I don't like about the game is that you can't skip through the cut scenes so you're forced to watch them or go through them even if you've beat it (or even if you're too impatient to watch the cut scenes the first time around -- but I usually like to watch them at least once). In all, it's a good, fun game to play.Read full review
Didn't play this game when it first came out. Was too busy. Wish I had, for the series is compelling and fun. Stopping time and rewinding is something I wish I could have done in so many other games. A classic series for the gamecube!

The GameCube quality isn't as good as the PC or later versions of this game. Actually, at times I felt the quality was less than the quality of the first two "Prince of Persia" games on GameCube. An example would be the speedkill: while on regular bad guys it's visible, sometimes on bosses it's not visible the first time; I had to rewind time after failing and then on the second time I'd see the flashes to speedkill where as the first time I couldn't see it all. I did like that you didn't have to save the game when drinking water but hated the fact, especially toward the end, after a long while you couldn't save the game. Such as the second Chariot Battle, which is arduous and long running then at the end no saving but fighting a boss THEN after defeating them, you could save. Or the ending where you fight the main boss but then you think it's over but it's not but then you can't save. But overall the game was a good game. Shorter than the second but not really as fun as the first (in the GameCube series).Read full review

In the 3rd game of Prince of Persia Ub goes back to the orginal graphics feel and sounds( music back ground sounds, etc) The Frist game is the Best and the second one feels rushed. The best part about the 3rd game is that is combines the best of games one and two and adds the Dark Prince. The Dark Princes fight style is awesome. The Timing action fights (like RE4 ) adds even more interactive feel. The least like part of the game was the time it took to play. I beat the game in about two days. Less than 24 hours of ture game play. But if you have not play the series it might take you a while to get use to the game. 1-2 hour learning curve. I would recommend playing the whole series. Overall between the movies, game play and graphics I give the game a 4.5
This was a fun and challenging 2nd installment in the PoP series. It was one of the most challenging games I’ve ever played! I love the PoP story. One thing of note, since I am a mom - this game is not suitable for kids under 14. The women are not well clothed and there are some swear words, plus, even though you are fighting mythological creatures, it is quite visually violent.
