When I went to eBay the first time for my own DVD I knew several of my friends would love this stand up Whoopi did so kept an eye on the Whoopi board in case I needed to share the laughter long distance. What a great surprise for my best friend in Maine. She was so tickled and we both share the same trait in that the Lurlene character is our new best friend. Sure hope they make Whoopi's TV show on DVD soon because it was incredible week after week with not one flaw except it was cancelled. Honest and true; that's what makes Whoopi the entertainer she is and always will be.
Greatest Performnance from Whoopie with out seeing her live on Broadway. She has to be the most talented Comedian of her race,She has the Talent of the Late Moms Mabley, and Redd Foxx, thanks to HBo for making this dvd for all americans to see once or any time to appreciate her Talent. This has some raw material but her acting out the various people makes you sit up and listen to the struggles afro americans faced for Years. GOD BLESS WHOOPIE. and Now President OBAMA.
