Didn't fit my Stihl 270 chain
This was supposed to fit my Stihl Chainsaw chain. I will call it a Masterlink for a lack of a better word. Well it didn't fit. The problem was in the dowels of the link. They are two step or bigger at the base than on the tip. Thats fine in general but the base/bottom diameter was to to large to fit through my chain & pounding them together just resulted in a link that would not flex. So useless. I don't know if these links are old stock & Stihl updated their chain design so these won't work or what. Other than the base dia being to large I think the rest of the dimensions were correct.
