It’s Just Ok
If only there were printed directions instead of tiny pictures to figure out, it may have been easier to put together & use. Directions need to be clearer with words not just useless pictures! I had to figure out what the various buttons were for. At one point it wasn’t picking up anything until I hit a button! Then it roared to life. I guess it was push once for bare floors & twice for carpet. It was a guess! It was also supposed to have on board tools instead I got a bag for the multiple attachments. I also have to figure out what each one is for. It’s also hard to maneuver. I wish Dyson just improved the original vacuum with a better hose. It was a real workhorse! Works great and no "bag" smell.
This vaccum is great! It seems that we never vaccumed before so much has come out of our carpet and with a big furry dog a working vaccum is more important than ever. I got the mini ball dyson and it is fine for a 2,000sq. ft house. It's not light weight but not super heavy either. The only drawback is the ball does not go under furniture that is low to the ground. Great suction! Fairly easy to put together and glides over everything. It’s a little tiny bit harder to push than “regular” vacuums but I think that is because of the power of the suction.
