Exactly what was needed to perform the repair.
For me it was a choice between the latch switch on the dishwasher or this board. I tried the latch first, but the board was indeed the problem. I installed it myself with not much difficulty. Very basic tools needed. The board itself was a freshly packaged brand new OEM factory part. Once replaced and the dishwasher re-installed, it has worked flawlessly. The price was good as well. Long bonding process...finally it was just time to try the board.
Listening to the hum of the dishwasher now. There were many fits and starts to the dishwasher. Picked it up used off of CL. It worked a year probably a bit longer. Used a shim to adjust the door strike, it worked another 3 or 4 months, Had it almost disassembled back to the board and read the breaker off/unplug and resets trick. Worked several weeks each time.
