Hair Type - Thin, A lot, Long, Wavy and have had some color in it (balayage) the last year or two. Seller - I had no issues. Did not contact them at all. Gave me a free sample of dry shampoo. wohoo. Product - GREAT. Never spent so much on a shampoo/condition but worth every penny. I've used them for approximately 4 months and will continue to use them forever. Make sure to keep product in hair for at least 5min in shower. Also consider using "leave in conditioner" if you use straightener or curlers. Product makes my hair soft and prevents so much tangles. I try to wash my hair every 3 days as to not make my hair frizzy. They smell Great which is a plus.
