  • Amazing upgrade over OEM!!

Product is an amazing replacement for the OEM unit. I would highly recommend this as a replacement in the case that your OEM radiator has already failed, if you're trying to extend the life of a higher mileage car, or if you just want a rock solid upgrade. The fit and finish is impeccable and compared side by side with the OEM the extra cost of this unit is easily justified. All aluminum, no plastic end tanks, high quality coating, this is a really nice unit. It is very slightly thicker than the OEM radiator it replaced in most cases and you should verify hose clearance when installing. I had to trim my upper radiator hose by about 1/4" on the engine side of the hose to have clearance between the hose and the passenger side radiator fan. It may seem unnecessary but consider that EPDM rubber hoses will expand under heat and pressure which caused my upper hose to barely pass into the path of the fan blade while hot/expanded. Again this is only due to a slight increase in thickness of the radiator itself over OEM which is a positive overall because you can increased cooling capacity and durability.
