Pretty Good - Not Perfect
I wanted to give it about a month to really experience it. PRO'S: A). Fasrt and accurate in grind B). Quiet for a grinder E). Easy to clean - there are always resdiual grinds in hopper that won't come out unless the grinder is tapped and tilted. No big thing. CONS: 1). Every 8-9 uses it stops grinding and it needs to be cleaned out. VERY easy to do. Unlpug, remove top, pour unground beans into Large stainless steel bowl, remove grinder piece, clear obstruction, put back together, refill, plug in - your done. Approximately 1 minute to do. Good grinder, but it doesn't seem to get a super fine grind
The Bodum Bistro electric burr coffee grinder works well, isn't too loud, is easy to clean, and gives consistent grind quality. My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to get a super fine grind. To get good coffee out of my AeroPress, I have to have it closer to espresso grind than I exoected. SHOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS EXCEPT FOR . . .
. . . except for the fact that the used unit was a greasy, dirty mess. The unit is WONDERFUL. And it was a GREAT BARGAIN at $49. But no one should ship something this messy. It had be sitting in a kitchen where the unit collected a slimy coat of grease. Then mix that with dirt and dust. Then WRAP IT ALL UP IN AIR TIGHT CELLOPHANE WRAPPING and let it sit in a hot warehouse for a few weeks. That's what I was dealing with when I opened the package. I almost sent it back. But I decided first to see if it worked. And it did . . . perfectly. It was such a great bargain, I thought I would trying cleaning the unit. An hour and a half later, it was beautiful. But it was difficult and careful cleaning. Had to remove the grease and grim without damaging all the exposed controls. If the ad would have stated: "It works perfectly but needs a very serious cleaning to remove grit and grim" . . . I MIGHT have still bought it since new units run around $118 or so. But after the long, hard cleaning, I enjoyed one of the BEST cups of home brewed coffee I have every enjoyed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good burr grinder
Very easy to use. I've never been use baratza. So, can not tell the difference between that expensive grinder and this. However, I think this is good enough for me.
