It’s like magic!
Some batteries merely give power but this one changed my life. Who would have thought that a few bits of metal and acid could do so much. Pace maker, hearing aid, toothbrush — undoubtedly you have had experiences with these magical energy cells. I remember the eager anticipation the first time I opened the box to see its beautiful copper and black cloak, nestled among the plastic, custom fit display case, and sealed with cardboard pulp. I could barely get the package open — my hands shaking with anticipation — as I put this baby into my remote control. First one button, then the next, generating that special infrared signal that only few appliances can appreciate. It is just, well .... sublime. Best, best battery ever. It is unfair to call it just a battery, so buy this power cell. You won’t regret it.

I took the voltage through the plastic and all the units tested the same voltage above the 12volt rating, so I assume they will work when used. I won't use them for awhile until my remotes need them replaced, but the expiration date is 'best used by Mar. 2023', so I think I'll be O.K. with that. New stock with a 2025 use by date. Buy a spare at this price.
These I use for the key fob in my cars remote. They are a little more money than other brands, but for a car remote they will last for years and they have a very good shelf life. The ones I got are new stock with a use by date of 2025 (Purchased on 1/2021) At the price point I paid I bought two 2 packs as I have two remotes for two different cars and want to keep a spare battery on hand for each car.

These batteries are great!
These were of excellent quality. My sister's car keyfobs wouldn't work so my husband tested the batteries in them, which were 20 years old! They registered 8.4 volts instead of the 12 volts they should have been. I ordered these batteries and when he put them in her keyfobs, they worked! She was thrilled because the dealership she took her car to said they tested good (lie), and their equipment was too new to reprogram her keyfobs. Don't give up! Try new batteries.

As you probably already know, these batteries work in garage door remotes and other small 12V transmitters. They fit between the contacts, and work for a really long time. They come in a nice casing that doesn't leak. That's about it!

This is a good value. I only needed two now but since these batteries are good for several years I bought 3, 2packs. Both my garage door remote and door bell buttons used this size of batteries. It's always good to have couple extras so I don't have to run to the hardware store to buy at a higher price. Duracell are quality batteries.

Exactly what I hoped for and advertised
It's a little too early to tell how long they'll last in alarm sensors but what I rec'd were batteries with expiration in Mar. 2019. Good date as alarm system batteries should be changed yearly. I have already had to change 4 competitor batteries that came with a system after only 5 months in door sensors so if these last for the next 7 months I will definitely order 50 more Duracell batteries from this supplier.
