Works well, but could use a couple changes.
The coffee is easy to make, comes out hotter than our previous espresso machine. We love our Americanos. We Like the 5 different cup sizes however our kleen kanteen (16oz) won’t fit under the dispenser even with the tray removed. A bit disappointed that it won’t fit under our cupboards with the k cup storage drawer under the coffee maker. It is easy to move as it is so light weight. Hope it is durable as well. Time will tell. If you buy the “my Kcup” and use your own coffee, make sure the white arrow points up and the lock/ unlock pics are on the bottom to ensure a steady stream without the mess it creates if turned the wrong way.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I love this model. I had an older model for quite a while and I had no problem with it. It just finally quit working. The elite is fast and I really like the ice feature. Great brewer with updated features.
This is my 2nd Keurig. My old one is being gifted to my son. This is a definite upgrade. I like that the temperature can be raised and also more cup sizes. I use the strong brew button because I like my coffee strong. I haven’t used the iced option, but will if summer ever arrives. I love this Keurig coffee maker. It's not my first so I am familiar with the operation of their coffee makers. I strongly suggest purchasing it from this seller. The delivery was quick and easy. It has a clock, 5 cup sizes and you can adjust the temperature. It does not come with a reusable coffee pod but they are available. So you can use many different coffees without buying pods. Makes good coffee, quickly, but has some minor problems. Lid to water tank doesn't fit exactly right, and auto time-on doesn't always work (I think this has something to do with how quickly I turn the power off after my final cup of the day).
