  • Great item if it worked

The item would be perfect if it would advance the tape. I wanted it specifically so I could have a tape for reference. Since I could not purchase tape locally it was several weeks before i was able to go to a neighboring town to purchase the needed tape. I was very disappointed to learn that the tape will not advance. If fact it won't even allow feeding into the machine. Since there was a few weeks time lapse I didn't have information on who I had purchased it from. I do not like to give a negative review, in fact this is the first one ever, but since you requested my opinion I will say I am disappointed. I still need a calculator that will print a tape. I am just reluctant to look on ebay and I can't afford to pay full price. I just need it for occasional use.

  • Great calculator

There is only one flaw that I could find and that is the first number entered has to be entered as a positive or negative number. You can't just push the number 2 then the + and then the number 2, then = sign. It will not show what 2+2 equals but the number 2 as the last number entered. You have to enter 2 and then + and then 2, then + and it will automatically show you the running total. Not a problem but you have to get used to it. I like the calculator because it is easy to read and everything works very smoothly, not a lot of redundancies to cloud the main usage.
