Good old game, the graphics have aged like milk but there is a solid foundation that made the GTA a bestseller for good reason. Each iteraction has gotten better but fundamentally is based on this first classic 3d game. This game has pretty bad anti-aliasing and all motion (cars and NPC's) has trails or ghost images behind them whether its cutscenes or actually gameplay. The radio could also use more variety but Laszlo is very funny. I wouldnt say its a particularly good value but a fair value for such an ancient game so I will mark as "good". Keep in mind, the copy played was a re-release in the trilogy format for the ps2. Rockstar should remake this one in the GTA 5 or 6 engine but beef it up with more content/music.

These arent the original ps2 games. Rockstar took out some of the best songs from Vice City and San Andreas including Billie Jean! Also the games have color maps but no longer come with the original manuals. There is an insert in GTA3 to download the manuals online!!
