Practice makes Perfect
Having water tank at the front has many advantages like placing it on a counter under a cupboard and not having to move the machine to refill from behind. There is a definite technique that one has to learn to get excellent coffee with good crema, but once mastered this machine makes excellent coffee. It is fairly easy to clean and flushing every few years with white vinegar helps. This is my second machine in 10 years and l consider it very durable.
