Perfect Fit Replacement
I bought this gas tank to replace the dented 30-year-old original on my S-10 Chevy truck. It fit perfectly and looked nice with a silvery-blue painted finish. The only problem was it was supposed to come with a new o-ring and lock ring but they were taped inside the box in such a way that I couldn't see them. After I bought new ones from the local auto parts, I was tearing the box apart for disposal and found the bag taped inside it. Maybe the parts bag could be left loose in the box or attached to the tank so it could be found when the tank is removed? I LOVED everything about the tank! Bummed about the hardware I couldn't find.
