Great Product.
Product came in new condition, no damage, no defects, works perfectly. I currently have no complaints with the keyboard or mouse at this time. One thing I have noticed is that your device may not properly enable the keyboards smart-keys which is annoying. There does not seem to be drivers I can download and install to remedy this either. Setup instructions could be better; the keyboard for example, has a tiny little sync button on the underside, at the far end of the battery compartment. Excellent minimal design
I really enjoy using this mouse and keyboard combo. The Bluetooth wireless means there's no USB dongle to keep up with, and I can easily use it with any of my PCs, tablets, or phones. The Bluetooth can be a little temperamental at times, but as long as you have up-to-date drivers from your device manufacturer, then you should be all set. Minimalistic, high quality, simple, modern
Product looks and works great. Supposedly it's able to work with glass but I have a wooden desk with a glasstop and it can't be used on it without the mouse pad. other than that it's great. If your Bluetooth disconnects unexpectedly in Windows 10:
If you find your Bluetooth devices disconnect and the error message is "Bluetooth is turned off" and the Bluetooth control panel is missing the on/off button, then you need to turn off "Fast Startup" and then reboot. Then you will find that the ability to turn Bluetooth on will be restored. "Fast Startup" can be turned off in the "Power Setting" control panel.
