I've always had good luck with PowerStar UPS batteries - as an IT professional I'm pretty wary of third party batteries, but there are a few good brands, and this is one of them. I have 10 APC units at my house, so I'm changing batteries often, and I've never had a bad one out of the box. I get about 2 years on average out of these, which given the load, usage, and cost, I'm okay with. There might be better batteries, but I'm not convinced, and if they are better, it's at a large cost (OEM vs PowerStar). For remote data centers, I'll spend 50% more for %20 more life. But for average use? These are a safe bet.
