I have an old house, and didn't want to trust a test kit. So, I decided I would simply filter all my drinking water. I actually have two pictures. One uses a standard Brita filter and the other one has the long last version. Why? Because neither filter takes out all of the dangerous medals. So I filter in one picture and then pour it into the other. I'm not quite clear why Britta doesn't make a filter that takes care of everything.

Great transaction with the seller. My negative feedback is for the product only. This filter is way too slow to filter water. I have the Brita UltraMax Water Dispenser which took about 3 minutes to fill using the basic Brita filter. The same dispenser takes about 30 minutes to fill using the Brita Longlast blue colored filter. I have read feedback on other sites confirming many others are experiencing the same issue - some people reporting it taking even longer to fill. There is no written documentation of this from Bita within the User Guide. I will be researching other products for my next purchase.

I have not used this product since receiving it. I still had one on hand. I see no reason why I wouldn't like them though. They're made for my Brita pitcher and the ones I've bought before have always worked well. I bought these latest ones because the price was very compared to that of your competitors.
