Calmol Truly Calms
Calmol 4 is a very good product for the treatment of mild hemorrhoid conditions. I have looked for a cream or ointment version but, if there is one, I have not seen it online or in stores. An optional formulation with a more effective vasoconstriction ingredient would be a welcome addition to the existing product. Calmol 4 is comparable to Hadensa in bringing prompt relief of piles--just be aware that nothing out there (OTC or Rx) is a cure, that I'm aware of. Poorly packed for shipment
The product is fine. I've been using it for years. Because it has a required teardrop shape, and melts at body temperature, I order it in December. That way, it won't melt and refreeze into some weird shape in transit. However, it is also brittle when solid. I won't know for months whether the battered boxes of suppositories, which were just shipped in a plastic bag, contain suppositories' that are in one piece, or will just be fragments when I peel apart the covers before use....Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
