Excellent on Multiple Accounts
For one thing, I no longer have to worry about two devices taking up space. Modem and Router in one is highly convenient. Physically speaking, it has a sleek black body, with the lights going top to bottom diagonally. The info on it (MAC address, password, GUI access credentials) is on a durable sheet that slides in and out, hence no need for printed stickers in odd places that could wear off overtime. Software wise, the GUI is very easy to get into, the information is straightforward and in its respective tabs, hence the navigation being clost to flawless. It supports 5G as well, including your normal speed, plus a Guest network, all which you can customize and secure individually. Supports speeds of at least 100mbps. Being a vertical standing device, doesn't take up much space, connecting a 100ft ethernet cable doesn't cause any issues with speed or create lag, and dpoesn't overheat. For a refurbished product not only is it an excellnt price, but also function. I couldn't see any cosmetic damage, and if there is any on it, it is very minor. Headache
I ordered the router and after getting my internet all hooked up, the cable company confirmed it was getting connection and all the lights were solid like they should be. My devices would not connect to the internet. The password that showed was not connecting then they said I had a corrupt network and would have to charge me another $100 to fix it. They said that it wouldn't matter what router I got it wouldn't work because of my corrupt network, which I find hard to believe. Now I'm still waiting for this Supervisor to call me back and based on this conversation I may just send this back!!
