Quick, convenient
I haven’t had it long enough to judge reliability over time, but so far I love it. My main reason for wanting it was the light weight, since I have arthritis in my shoulders and back. I was concerned even this would be too much, but it is great for my purposes. Love it!
I absolutely love this vacuum! I have never owned a cordless vacuum before and really wasn't sure how it would perform. However, it is much easier to use and performs even better than my other Shark corded vacuums. After unpacking all the parts it took me about 2 minutes to put it together which is wonderful and, after charging it, the first time I used it I couldn't believe my eyes. My carpets look like brand new. I read many reviews before I bought this and heard a lot of complaints which I just don't understand. I love everything about this and, it picks up my cat hair perfectly. I have two long haired cats that shed like crazy and it picks up the cat hair like it was never there and no hair rolls around the roller which is a big plus. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Also, it is very lightweight compared to my corded vacuum which is heavy and bulky in comparison. Simple things

Great vacuum for the price
When comparing to other models, this Shark does a great job. Very close to our powered vacuum but much faster. What took an hour before is done in 20-25 minutes. Only gripe/downside is that the battery only lasts 20-25 minutes in high powered mode and 40-45 in regular mode. Since the battery isn't hot swappable, it has to be charged. To fix this, I do sections of the house and charge in-between. Overall, very impressed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A dud from shark
I love shark vacuum's, that being said this is one of the worst vacuums I have ever used. Here is what I hate about it. 1. Wand attachments are unique to this vac so you can't use other shark attachments. 2. large gap at from of vac so you can't git dirt close too walls. 3. Vac head is so close to the ground that it just pushes large dirt around. 4. No removable battery so you need to charge the whole vac. This makes it so when it run out of energy you have no choice but to wait an hour for it to charge. 5. Attachment now require two hands to remove. Do not buy this vacuum. I recommend the shark duel clean if you can find it. It was a great vac. I think shark discontinued it because it worked so well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Take the trash out
Everything it is extreamly loud. It doesn't pick up well. The whole machine is awarkerd. Every part is hard to use ;even where they placed the cord to plug in the charger. Shark Pet Pro NOT living up to expectations
The machine looks alright. However, there is no convenient storage option for the machine, and the placement of the charging plug makes it very hard to remove for individuals with arthritic hands and or fingers. Also, on a full charge I get less than 10 minutes of use on low power (most hardwood floors) and about 5 minutes on high (carpets and rugs).
