I enjoy this pedal quite a bit. Been looking for a decent harmonizing pedal for a while and this one was worth the try. It's easy to use and understand and sounds great in my pedal chain to get those similar harmonies like Brian May and The Allman Brothers.
It's great for what it does as a harmonizer... as long as you put it a pre-amp or other gain device between the guitar and the Harmonizer pedal (it does better with a little break-up gain).
As for polyphonic detuning electronically, it's a little slow in the tracking. It reminds me of the lag on gets when using DAW amp-models with +5ms latency in the sound card.
The product achieves harmony within monody in a diatomic context. In polyphonic use it is only a pitch shifter and thereby plays dissonance and consonance without dtscerning the two.
