I was grateful to see that this movie actually showed a 20 week pregnancy end in abortion, the brutal horror of a mutilated child is right there, the abortionist proudly displaying his bloody victory, the woe and cowardice is chillingly clear. There is no denying that an unborn child is being murdered for reasons of pure selfishness and greed. I was very suprised that an atheist was brave enough to come forward and affirm that abortion is an act of murder as well. I was very disappointed that the Pro Life side was portrayed with "religious zealots" that truly do not make up for the majority of opinions and attitudes in the movement. I am Pro Life, formerly Pro Choice, and this film was provactive no matter what side you are on.
This is an excellent depiction of abortion. It shows both sides of the issue quite fairly. I believe the creator of this important film was unbiased and the viewers were able to make his/her own decision once presented with the facts. I showed this film to at-risk teenage girls and had a discussion with them after the presentation. I would recommend this film for all teenagers and their parents with a warning that it is graphic. This is a truly educational experience.
Perhaps the best documentary I have ever seen. While I am confident that the film makers have an opinion it is not obvious and appears to be produced as unbiasedly as possible. The issue is complicated and horrific, the film is beautify filmed and emotional. This is a film everyone should see. If you are strongly pro or against, the film will not be entirely satisfying, but if you want to understand both sides of the issue and its complexity you will be captivated.
