Expect more costs to get the printer to run than what is presented.
Whether I misread the information of the printer material or it was left out, the printer did not come with a toner cartridge or a drum and had to purchase them seperately, costing as much as the printer itself. It would have been nice to know this up front. Also, using Windows 10, it was very difficult to get any printer drivers to work. It would be nice if an installation disk was provide to install the driver. I had to search other ways to get it to print and it took approximately a week to get the necessary information to get it to work. The printer prints well, but the final cost is much more than was presented.

only complaint I have is that when one of the lights is flashing because of error, paper jam or other issue there's no guide how to resolve it. Most printers have a step 1 button, step 2, button marked on the printer itself to check all the opening points. That is a major drawback. I looked on line for assistance and I still couldn't find how to resolve the issue...
