"Mystery Science Theatre 3000: Le Film" est très merveilleux
Big fan of this show and own several copies of this fun flick, but I bought this one because it had the additional French language soundtrack. They didn't do a straight translation either, No, they not only re-dubbed the original fifties sci-fi movie classic "This Island Earth", they actually made up their own jokes as well! Really, for just one example where the original riffers did a Native American drum beat when Exeter stood with his arms crossed like Geronimo, the French dubbers noted the white-haired alien's resemblance to Peter Graves and started to sing the theme from "Mission: Impossible"! Great stuff even if you don't speak French and even more if you do. I don't know if any MST3K fans out there know about this one (and I'm pretty sure the original series and movie actors/writers don't!), but if you love "Mystery Science Theater 3000" you definitely have to check this wonderfully bizarre variant version out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome craziness
I have seen this version at least five time,and each time I watch it it never gets old.It has so many in-jokes from sci-fi and other areas.From Mike on a giant hamster wheel in the begining,to the Metaluna mixer party at the end.We eat pizza and watch it on a Sunday,and there are scenes that were not in the tv version of this MST 3000 movie.I also like the holo-foil cover.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

One of my all time favorites. Watched this movie hundreds of times. If you have never seen the show this is a great place to start.
