This collection, created to celebrate Mega Man's 15 years in video games, features the first eight installments of the game, as well as two arcade games. Each one has consistent gameplay that includes fighting robot bosses, collecting weapons, gaining new abilities, and ultimately facing off with the legendary Dr. Willy. The game provides footage from the original Mega Man TV series, as well as remixed music and original art work from the designers. Help Mega Man destroy Dr. Willy's multiple robots in epic and engaging battles with excellent graphics. The games still feature the NES and Navi modes. The latter provides hints and pathways for completing each stage. This collection is ESRB rated E- Everyone, as the only violence it portrays is animated..

A must own for Mega Man fans!
Mega Man was always one of my favorite games as a kid, but there are several that I never got to play the first time around. I was excited to hear that a Mega Man collection was coming to PS4, but I was very disappointed to find that it only contained the first 6 games. This collection is a MUCH better deal, with all 8 from the original series, plus 2 arcade games (never-before-released in the U.S.)! If you still have a PS2, and are a fan of the series or just enjoy great 2D Action/platforming, this is definitely worth picking up. And with new copies selling for under $12 (and used for even less), it is simply a no-brainer.

Mega Man Legacy Collection (PS4/XBoxOne/3DS) contains only the 1st 6 games -- here you get 7/8 too and it's 1/2 the price. No brainer. Sure, MMLC is HD, but what's the signal delay on your HDMI? -- not going to make it thru Quick Man's stage w/o time-stopper, I assure you. If you don't own a PS2, raid your family/friends (maybe buy dinner) and get a component cable for $10.

Classic mega man is the best.
This game is a great value, i sold my old NES a while ago and missed mega man alot, these games look and play just like the origional, all and all its the cheapest way to play them all again. Love those original 8 bit soundtracks too, somethin about them is so addicitive.

This is a great value game! I like the music remixes as well when you have the navi option chosen in the game.
I highly recommend giving this game a play through. The remix of the music is real good for boss battles. I recommend this game, and the MegaMan legacy game. Both are worth it.

The Mega Man and Mega Man X series is one of the most popular game series since the 1980's. I have enjoyed playing both of these series and am looking forward to playing the ones that I have not played yet. Two great game series for an incredible gaming experience!

With mega man 11 announced trying to play alll the mega man games out there too bad x7 and x8 were seperate from the x collection but the new versions will have them all even mega 8,9 and 10 which didn't see american releases
