Good Deal on a Tachometer with a recognizable Name.
Pros Cons Little in size. Will fit in a tight spot. Instrument lighting is not the best, 360 degree needle sweep, with a shift point marker. but it is easy to read at Looks Good night. Just not real bright. I bought this little tach for my son to put into his '88 S-10 pick-up. He wanted a small tach, with a white face that would match his other instruments & this one fit the bill. This little sun tach is not real pro, but it's good for an everyday street machine or hot rod. It was easy to hook up. It does come with instructions. It will fit many engine applications, even the "4 Banger Iron Duke" that's in the S-10. So if you're looking for a nice little tach with a recognizable name, then the SunPro 2 5/8 inch Super Tachometer is it. Lightweight and compact
this Sunpro 2 5/8 Super tach is compact in size where others are bulky and heavy. I have more view on the gauges on the dash panel, also easy to change light bulb, I changed my light bulb to a blue LED to match the other gauges on my dash. looks good and works great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor performance
I purchased this Tach to aid in timing a vehicle. I understood that it was entry level. I assumed that it would read my engines RPMs accurately since that was what it was intended to do. Unfortunately, after testing it on a vehicle that had a well performing tach, I found that the RPMs were significantly off. 1500 rpm was actually 3000.
