Broken
I bought this modem/router that worked intermittently. Had Centurylink technical support come to the house to inspect my dsl setup and found out that the radio was going out on this modem/router which needed to be replaced. I did receive a full refund but it still left me modemless. Now I'm back paying a lease fee for a new modem/router till I find another cheaper alternative. Good buy; all the possible parts needed included
I got the package and opened it up. All the connecting cables were there even an ethernet cable which wasn't necessary with a wireless modem. There was also a phone filter which was needed. I didn't see the cables or filters on the photos for the other modems. Whether this was just an over sight or because they weren't included isn't clear, but I wasn't about to take a chance. good investment
Good product, bought this to replace the modem centurylink is charging me $10/month to lease. No issues with it (after a factory reset to restore defaults).
