Great little music machine!
This Ipod holds 500 songs. The sound quality is exceptional. The size of this product is great for easy carrying and ease of use. It needed to be cleaned; especially the headphone jack plug. Works great, sounds great
This is my second iPod. My first one was bought new when it was a 2nd generation. It's still going strong but only 4 GBs. I wanted something similar and this one is perfect. This is the second iPod Nano Video that I've owned and it doesn't disappoint. Picture is as crisp as a good TV. Sound is uncompromising. Controls are intuitive and easy to navigate and use. Perhaps particularly good as a gift for a young person easing into high technology. But great for this adult too. Pure simplicity. Perfect size, Great functionality!
Ive never really been into the touch screens so this thing seems to always work just great for everything i've ever needed it for. I love the format of how it functions, the sound quality is just as good it gets. It seems to have an outstanding amount of battery life from what I have expierienced. Why iPod Nano still work for me.
It's obsolete technology, but it still works. My car was made with its infotainment system to work with this generation of iPod devices. There is no means to use physical media like CDs or even USB sticks. There is a jack for the special cable that plugs into the iPod and there is Bluetooth capability. The Bluetooth works fine, but I'd prefer having it charge up while I listen to music as I drive. This is where the iPod Nano comes in. I essentially use them as 8 GB music storage devices. I put my music mixes on each iPod Nano and currently, I have over 32 GB of music at my fingertips that work pretty well with my car. I can also take them out and use ear buds if I want, and save my phone for other things. Ideal Replacement
I had a third gen ipod nano and forgot it was in my workout jersey and washed it after a day or two it started to work again a miracle..but in time it started to show signs worst being the screen would go white and just be unresponsive it would come back on after a while but was no longer reliable. The "old" iPods were so good!
It's refreshing to use an old iPod - released over 10 years ago - but it's so simple and refreshing, and there's no worry about interruptions from phone calls and texts during a workout! It's lightweight and has enough capacity for my workout playlists. While I wouldn't give up my iPhone, I love the iPod as a dedicated device for music.
