Good for any remote switch movement
Had three switches that required some remote placement (bought 3 remote units)... I used one with the swivel mount and it worked flawlessly. The other two were used without the swivel... the the flex line was hooked directly to the slide bar on the switch. worked fine. I actually had to extend one flex line by about 2 feet and that worked fine also... unit allows for adjustments, and is highly recommended for any remote switch movement that is needed....Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Flexible turnout actuator location kit
It seems somewhat complex to install and the instructions take forever, but reading thru completely a few times before staring the installation has proved very helpful. It’s quite elegant to place the turnout actuator somewhere not directly under the turnout.
