Great scanner home/office
I first used the 2580c while working for a city utility. It made the records management portion of my job a breeze. Both color and B/W are super fast, so long as you don't go for museum quality scans. I now have 3 of these on my home office computers and love them.

The Canon scanner is terrific i bought it to replace one that i bought in 2005. All i had to do was to unplug the old one and plug in the new one. The drivers were the same.
