I have recently purchased an old DOS/Win98 computer to resurrect documents and engineering drawings that I made during the 1980s and 1990s and I used this OKI Microline 186 dot matrix printer that has allowed me to print documents that are 3 decades old using the parallel interface of this printer. I did not use the other interfaces. The print quality is excellent for a dot matrix printer and the only issue I had was the missing paper separator which can easily be worked around. The printer was clean, and ribbon was easily replaced, and I spent hours printing out old documents.
