Instant increase in horsepower
I purchased this for my 2017 TRD Tacoma and after installing it I noticed an instant increase in horsepower!!! Nope, it doesn’t do that, but it was a definite upgrade from the factory shift knob and took less than a minute to install. It looks great and feels better in the hand.

Comfortable and solid
The TRD Shift knob is slightly larger than the standard factory shift knob. it also is slightly larger, but feels nicer in the hand Installation was simple. Pull down the shift boot, once it has been freed from the shift knob, hold it down and turn the shift known counter clockwise until it comes off. Reverse the steps to put the new TRD shift knob in place and snap up the shift boot.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Absolute necessity in any Tacoma!
Definitely bigger than the stock Tacoma shift knob, but such an easy modification, looks fantastic and gives you a better grip on your gear selections. Easily uninstall old knob to the new knob in less than a minute!
