Perfect in every way. HOLDS A CHARGE!!! Very please :)
Couldn't believe I got a genuine WORKING fitbit for $15!! Unbelievable. It came quickly and works like new. There is no sign of wear and tear. It came neatly packaged with everything I needed (charger and fitbit, no manual but they are available online and through the app). It took 5 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to update to the current software. It connects to my phone and computer via bluetooth. If you have issues, make sure no other fitbits are near yours. That's what happened to me for a couple minutes. It fits comfortably and securely. It hasn't fallen off once. It came mostly charged with the charger. It charged in 1 hour and has lasted over 24 hours with barely any drop in charge (still says it's fully charged). It accurately counts my steps and how many flights of stairs I've climbed. The coolest thing? It accurately and automatically records how much I sleep. I fell asleep doing homework and it knew! Don't let negative reviews scare you. I promise this is a quality product. I am very very happy with my purchase and new lifestyle. To a fitter me! Thanks!

Overall product is OK
the overall refurbish product is OK. The problem I found is that the feature that measures heart rate BPM is not available like in other Fitbit products. This might be the reason it is sold as refurbish.The price is definitely good.

Not much, but hopefully it will last a few years.
It's ok with steps but doesn't give accurate sleep data. It's not greatly accurate with calories burned info. Maybe it's my fault for buying cheap. But I've had other step gadgets that failed within a few months.
