Didn't work
After opening the package that looked to be unopened we set it up and tried to print a picture. The printer only printed half the picture. We tried using trouble shooting and tech support but it did not help. After doing some searching on this product we found that this product was discontinued because of a small plastic arm that breaks on the gear shaft. I also looked it up on you tube and there is a video that confirms the problem by disassembling a printer and showing the problem and the broken arm. I DO NOT ADVISE anyone to waste their time or money, Unless you're a tech that can fix this I'm not.
