Nothing better.
This is the best hand cream in the world. It's no longer made by Borghese but I had a 3.5 oz. tube for years and it never went rancid or changed in any way. I brought it with me to Iceland in January (yes, I went there in January) and it was perfect. My daughter loved it as well. So when my supply ran out, I realized that I had the cream for years and so buying something that may be an expired product did not matter with Borghese Splendide Mani. Also, this product came sealed and in a box. I expect this 7 0z.tube to last for a long time. You use little more than 1/2" of cream and your hands are good to go for hours.
