Why is the wire so twisted?
I only wish the manufacturer could figure out how to wind up 200 ft of heat trace without twisting it, to get it packaged. Otherwise I'd give it another star in my review This wire is tough enough to install on the edge of a roof, on an extended ladder, without having to untwist the line. Heat Cable is not good.
I have bought this product in good faith and it is sad that Just today October 29th 2018 i went outside to install the heat cable and to my dismay the wire was no good. Its a shame that people cannot be honest these days. The item was used with some of the clips still on the cable and the majority of cable burnt up.
