I have had almost 20 of these installed for about a month now. They are very easy to install, however I did not try to use the double sided tape, preferring to use the included screws to mount the sensors. They appear to be a quality product, I did not have a single bad unit. I like the additional feature of the screw terminals on the board where you can mount a different sensor to the wireless unit. I used this feature to alarm a safe, so that the wireless transmitter is actually outside of the steel box. Good product, can't speak to longevity at this juncture.
