The Rosalina and Luma Amiibo makes an excellent addition to any Nintendo Super Smash Bros. Amiibo collection. A Target exclusive that has since been discontinued from production, this Nintendo Amiibo is one of the rare ones. This rarity makes it even more desirable for the avid collectors and competitors because of the limited and depleted stock. This Amiibo version features the character dressed in her signature flowing blue gown and carrying her emblematic star wand. She is accompanied by a member of the friendly star-shaped characters from the Super Mario Galaxy franchise. She always looks cool, calm, and collected watching over the galaxy from the Comet Observatory with a motherly gaze. Posed for enchantment, this character is ready for whatever Nintendo's famous brawler has in store for her. Similar to other exclusives, like the Gamestop Shulk, Best Buy Meta Knight, and Toys-R-Us Lucario, this Amiibo quickly ran out of stock. Use the Rosalina and Luma Amiibo to unlock the figure player on the Wii U or Nintendo 3DS version of Super Smash Bros. Nintendo Amiibo are compatible with both the Wii and 3DS, so you don't need a specific edition for either of them. Level up Rosalina with crossover play to keep the games going. Each figure player character can be leveled up to 50. They also have customized stat building with a built in progression system for a more competitive edge. In-game items and gifts help tweak the stats to make your character unique. Train your Amiibos in strength, defense, and speed for the ultimate battle companion by having them fight against each other. Your Amiibo’s stats and abilities will improve with each new level you gain. Fight alongside your figure player or pit it against a friend's for even more depth. Smash, grab, punch, and kick your way toward the top of the Nintendo universe with Rosalina. Dazzle your opponent with her unique abilities, like gravitational pull, launch star, and star bits. Each Amiibo also gives you access to special unlockables on Nintendo's website. They can also be used in a select number of other games and features. Unlock her characteristic look for your Mii in Mario Kart 8 and the character herself in Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash. This character also unlocks powers for Kirby in Kirby: Planet Robobot, as well as aesthetic enhancements in several other titles. Rosalina's original release date was Feb. 1, 2015, as the exclusive Nintendo Smash Bros. figurine for Target stores. This wave 3 version of Rosalina is one of the most sought-after and rare items in the Super Smash Bros. series. Fans of the figurines have rated this item at "unicorn" level of rarity, being one of the most difficult to find. Rosalina joins Mega Man, Bowser, Captain Falcon, Marth, Samus, Little Mac, and others in this world-renowned Nintendo brawler. Japanese version works just fine!
Japanese versions of Amiibos work the same as the English and other versions. American release and Japanese release are the same.. the only difference is the language and text on the factory box. Don't hesitate to buy a Japanese Amiibo because of where it's from. They all work the same, so have fun, and relax, buddy.
