Outstanding product for those that are familiar with neti-pot use and being able to take the daily effects of neti-pot use.
I use my neti-pot EXTENSIVELY and this product thus far has been the most mild and effective for me. Don't get me wrong, it burns sometimes but when you use your neti-pot as extensively as I do, you do become slightly more tolerant and accustomed to it. Great product at this great price. Most himalayan neti-salt is ridiculously over-priced like many things but this price is the best I've encountered by volume to date. Very quality, very fine and I will continue to happily use this product.

I can't tell the difference between this neti salt and the popular name brand NeilMed product that came with my Neti Pot sinus rinse, except the Himalayan product is cheaper and in bulk without handy tear pouches. There is a measuring scoop that comes with the product and this 12 oz. may last me a lifetime.
