These batteries are very useful, I have replaced all batteries in my flashlights, remotes etc. They last just as long as alkaline, and then in an hour or so I can recharge. I bought extra to keep some charged batteries on hand. Yes I recommend, my originals have lasted for years

I needed some rechargeable batteries because the alkaline ones I was using would burn out to soon & it is expensive to keep replacing them. I was excited to get these & they do work the charge doesn't last very long so I am constantly having to recharge them. It's a hassle. I would like to get some more & that way I could rotate them and always have fresh batteries to use. I bought these to simplify my battery situation & spend less money. So far it has been a hassle always having to recharge them so soon. I don't know if these were older or if because they are smaller the just don't hold a big charge that lasts awhile. good deal, I have been using all sizes of re-chargeable batteries for years. Gave these a full charge and the oddest thing is they will work with some devices and will not work with others. I test the voltage @ 1.5vdc ea but some devices will only work with regular alkaline batteries. I am going to do more research.

I have about 30 of these in different sizes, the first ones are about 8 years old and they're still working. Use them in remote controls, soap dispensers, flashlights, garbage can sensors, remote control cars. I recommend to make sure the device will work with rechargeable batteries, I know for sure the remote control of an Irobot won't.
