I like how it fits in my hand. I have small hands.
I broke my neck in 2007, slip and fall. I’ve had 12 surgeries on my neck and two surgeries on my right ulnar nerve. By the end of the evening I am in a lot of pain. I know I’ll have a hard time sleeping. So I spray some on my neck and my back and I lay on some ice. The combination is very soothing and can help me relax enough to go to sleep.
