Highly recommend!
I am fairly out of shape and disgusted with the community fitness classes I’ve tried. They just make me feel even more hopeless. I tried the Leslie Sansone DVD’s and LOVE them! She is motivating and comforting at the same time. It’s a pleasant change to hear someone making kind, positive comments even if it’s just in a dvd. I’m very uncoordinated but have ultimately caught on to the footwork. (It’s not that hard!) I can actually keep up with the 15 minute mile! I’m ready for a shower afterward but I feel great and my skin glows afterward. This dvd is versatile in the respect that you can focus on different body areas with your mile. I plan to walk to this dvd over and over until it melts. Speaking of melting, I’ve lost a few pounds after just a few sessions and find myself being more thoughtful of what I eat. This exercising seems to be helping my blood sugar as well. This at home dvd is good for me and it didn’t break the bank.
