  • It delivers what’s offered

If you get appropriate drivers it works as expected. You’ll get BT, 2.4 band it’s same, 5 MHz band is not much faster. It seems most distributors sells a knock off; or selling it with Intel logo covered due to branding rights. But worked great on a Dell mini 1011 from 2009, Win7 32bits atom processor n270.

  • Low latency, quick responce time and fast card, excellent high-quality product

The card was purchased to replace the existing wifi card in my laptop, that only supported up to 802.11n speeds. The product arrived packaged in an antistatic bag along with the installation screws - very thoughtful! Hardware installation is as easy as it is on your specific device, so can't comment on that. Device drivers could be found on the intel website, and they work out of the box. Wifi works in 802.11ac, bluetooth works as it should, no artifacts noticeable in sound transmission between the card and my bluetooth audio receiver. Wifi speed is very quick, keeping in mind that your antennas will be a limiting factor in signal strength. Overall, the software side of the installation was very easy. Websites open noticeably faster than on the old n standard card. Connecting to my NAS i'm able to reach over 20 MB (that's megabytes, so over 160 megabits) upload speed at 5 metres from the router. A faster router with a stronger reception would probably result in faster speeds. I don't know the quality of the internal antennas on my ASUS N76 laptop, so I can't comment on that. I only just installed the product so I can't say for it's longevity, but it seems very promising. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend it. Just remember, that any speed claims should be taken with a grain of salt as it, again, depends on your specific setup on what speeds you can achieve.

  • It's a wireless card...

It's a wireless card has WIFI, AC band, and bluetooth. I was having trouble updating my samsung laptop to windows 10, read that it was a driver issue with the wireless card, installed this one, and presto, windows 10 updated correctly. Has been working great since.

  • Great upgrade for my old laptop

I upgraded my old 2009ish Acer laptop to be able to connect to 5ghz wifi and add Bluetooth. After a little difficulty getting Bluetooth to work (the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers are listed separately by Intel) it works perfectly with my Bluetooth mouse and my cell phone with Windows 10. My old laptop has buttons above the keyboard to turn off wifi, as others also had that were made around the same time. I've read lots of reviews of people having issues with laptops made just a few years later. Be sure to Google this WiFi card and decide if you want to give it a try. Some people have had to cover a couple pins on the card for their system to recognize it. Very happy with this. Internet is much faster. With my ssd upgrade, memory, and CPU upgrade, I might get a few more years out of this Acer.

  • AC7260 HMW

The 7260 is a good chip in it's own right. Some issues you may see would be driver related. The Intel driver is not supported and hardly works on Windows 10. You can use the generic Windows driver to get usability but still your results may very. My recommendation is to use this to replace an existing 7260 that has failed instead of "upgrading" to this from an older chip. Overall time/money would be better spent getting the AX200 wifi 6 chip and a mini PCIE to NGFF(M.2 form factor) adapter if needed.

  • Great replacement for an OEM card that expands wireless and gives you Bluetooth capability.

Exactly what I needed to expand the wireless to pick up both 2G & 5G wireless signals. Also has Bluetooth 4.0 to connect to my home theater for playback of music. I am also able to use a Dell Bluetooth mouse I have had for years but did not have the hardware to make the connection. The original device only handled the 2G band and had no Bluetooth capabilities. Therefore I have increased my wireless speed using a new router. Would recommend this for similar situations. Easy to install as well.

  • Great networking upgrade!

Great price and quick delivery! I installed the 7260HMW in an older Dell laptop that was losing wifi connections. Installed the drivers and the system recognized the card immediately, and after setting the network credentials, the connection was established at 4-5X the prior speeds. The range also is much improved. A great update that will extend the life of this laptop!

  • Exactly my kind of e-bay exoerience

I have a bad habit of always going with the least expensive item, so I’m used to some slightly off-kilter experiences on auction sites. I went a few pennies past the lowest price this time (it took a lot of will power) and I’m glad I did. In an older laptop for one of my kids, I regularly get full ac speeds out of this adapter. Drivers installed automatically and all of the reliability problems I was having with the atheros adapter this one replaced have vanished.

  • A Must-Have Upgrade For Older Machines

This product is an easy recommendation. The card worked perfectly and come with EVERYTHING I might need to install it. I'm kicking myself for using a BT dongle on my old NUC (which already has limited USB ports) instead of just updating my previous card which was wi-fi only.

  • Plug and play, nice upgrade for an old dell inspiron 13z

The card was in great shape and simply just works. Installed in an old dell inspiron 13z. WIN10 driver update required. Now using 5GHz wifi. Signal is strong and works well. Have not tried the bluetooth yet. Good packaging by the seller. The included screwdriver, adapter and extra screws were a nice touch.
