I'm no noob when it comes to computer science and electronics, I have built countless Pcs and used just about all of the major components on the market and these are amazing! They don't fit in many smaller cases, but I have 3 of them one never used and 1 each running 8 rx480-580, which is amazing to be able to run 2 rigs very efficiently with head room to spare. The thing I really like about these is they're actually rated for 94% or better Titanium efficiency at full load and with an ambient temperature of 50C, Wow! I can turn on eco mode while one of these is mining full throttle and the fan stops in psu for about 8 minutes before slowly turning back on for a few minutes then off again, I run big fans behind it and the power difference is only saving about 7 watts or so at best so I keep eco mode off on my miners. I have pulled these from a rig a few times to overclock some CPUs even the lower ones like my i5 6600k gets better performance from the stable 12v 5v and 3.3v Rails, due to this I get higher overclocks with this PSU than with others. I find it hard to use 850watt gold PSU or any non P2 or T2 for all my needs. Kingpin (EVGA Legend and Engineer) I only see use these PSUs for LN2 (liquid nitrogen cooling) and winning competitions worldwide! Conclusion- Amazing PSU at an affordable price that is the best you can get, ironicly at this time mid Sept 2019 a White or Bronze 500w non or partly modular PSUs are going for $100 and more, if your in need of power with no hassle a 10 year warrantee and what I've personally seen them do no problems, as long as I am building a PC for myself or a high end display PC, or overclocking to the max I always will use these (given they fit). Incredible job EGGS! Cons - Pretty big, won't fit in many mini and some mid-atx cases, so I can't use them on everything! Pros - Everything else - Super heavy duty, may be overkill but you'll never have to buy another PSU and crashes are minimized by the stability of this monster. EVGA FINEST! This power supply, although a little pricey, it has performed very well on powering all my addons, including more USB Ports without losing power that would normally cause the plugged in devices to crash, and great with my graphics card which is rated around 300 Watts of required power and get used excessively for rendering, etc... While almost completely silent powering all this and not picked up as background noise in my microphone while recording. Other than being slightly heavy, it's pretty great.
